How to Become a Member
The PWU represents members in many companies across Ontario.
All PWU Retirees are encouraged to join the PWU Retired Workers’ Chapter (RWC).
If you were a PWU member at any time within your career and retired from a PWU represented company you are eligible to be a member of the RWC. PWU staff retirees are also eligible for RWC membership.
You can become an RWC member by paying your annual fee via one of the two methods below.
- ONLINE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AND ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL (Single Year Payment for New or Renewing Members)
- Retirees from OPG, Hydro One, or Bruce Power who are collecting a pension can opt for their annual fees payment to be paid by check-off from their pension by filling in the form below.
Please complete the AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP FEE AUTO DEDUCTION CHECK-OFF FORM and email it to [email protected] prior to October to start deductions the following January (which the form states).
Since auto payments begin next year, your current year RWC payment will need to be submitted via credit card.
